Brio has a strong place in the Danish toy retail area, but there is more to do.
You will work with the four brands BRIO, Alga, Ravensburger and Thinkfun.
You work independently on your market with developing, executing and follow-up on the Customer Plans including:
* Sales & marketing planning and exucution
* Campaign, activity planning, forecasting, play event planning
* Market evaluation and continously looking for improvement areas.
* Working closely with Nordic Sales Manager on Danish growth plans, implementation, follow-up and analysis
* Potentially find new customers and new channels to sell to and make growth plans
* Secure that Brand Manuals are followed with your customers and educate the organization/customers on values, products, and brand.
This role includes travelling to clients (both key-accounts and smaller accounts) in Denmark 1-3 days a week, working from home office and visits to HQ in Malmö on a regular basis.
You report to Nordic Sales Manager and have one colleague in the Danish market
Who are you?
You have an extensive sales experience with a minimum of 5 years of Key Account Management or Sales Management in the Danish retail marketplace, preferably within the Toy Industry. You also have experience in working with online-trade.
As a person you need an entrepreneurial mindset, you have a doer-mentality, are a relationship builder and a strong team player. You are sales driven and understand brands and customers. You are a brand ambassador with a positive and communicative attitude.
As some customers work across the Nordics, you easily see and have an understanding for the total picture/market and can be hands on as well as prestige less. You have a good ross-cultural awareness.
You are fluent in Danish and English (Swedish is a plus but not a must). We think you live in the Copenhagen area.
You have a business related higher education and preferably University degree.
